How we use your enquiry.
When online sending is enabled and you choose Send enquiry, your name, company, email, application, equipment interest and message are sent to DUNET through its email service. DUNET uses them to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include patient information or other sensitive personal data.
Your enquiry is processed by Cloudflare and Resend to send a notification to DUNET’s two designated Gmail mailboxes. The email services may retain delivery records and enquiry emails under their policies. The website does not save form contents to browser storage. Local draft review stays in this page; downloading creates a text file on your device. Email and WhatsApp links open separate services, and do not attach your draft automatically.
